Sturbridge Host Hotel And Conference Center

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was indoors but not heated. The jacuzzi was closed. There wasn’t any food served in the hotel so we had to go elsewhere.

The location was very helpful for our visit and the view over the pond was beautiful. A large portion of the facility was closed down due to the pandemic but there was a staff person at the desk to greet us and they were able to give us accommodations in adjoining rooms with other members of our family. We saw very few employees there , but, we felt that our needs were met and the hotel provided good service.

The rooms were nice and clean. We could sit out on the patio and it was bug free, because it was indoor. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The outside ground was beautiful, with benches at the lake,where we saw geese and a wild rabbit running around after dark.
